AMD 1.8T Competition Manifold

This manifold is not made for everyone. Computer designed to assure ACTUAL equal length and ideal packaging. The core of the design is a custom made true internal cone merge collector made from 321 Stainless Steel. The specific taper and length provide for better turbo spool and a more ‘tuneable’ manifold that is perfectly balanced. The turbo placement is designed to keep the package compact and as close as possible to the stock location. The primary tube diameter is exhaust port matched. The flange is water jet cut from 1/2 inch stainless steel plate and then machined for maximum accuracy. The manifold has a T3 mounting flange and is designed to clear the larger GT35R ‘S’ compressor housings. Wastegate placement assures full control of manifold pressure. This manifold requires the use of the AMD 3 inch Downpipe. We will also be offering a complete carbon fiber air intake system from turbo to filter with ultra-high flow airbox.
